Company Certifications: the requirements of the EN 1090-1 and ISO 9001 regulations form an integral part of the company’s computer system, which oversees all processes and interrupts any process that is tot compliant.

Quality management system.

On 21 May 2010, Lastra reached an important milestone: it obtained Certification for its Quality Management System in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9000 international standard.

The certification was issued by SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and systems certification company.

This certification covers the entire production process. The purpose of the certification was to define the operational tools and procedures necessary to manage orders in such a way as to respect delivery timetables, so as to improve all of our Customers’ satisfaction.
All of Lastra’s personnel are a part the Quality Policy, and every company process is constantly monitored with the help of the company’s computer system. This system performs systematic, planned and documented operations of an administrative and technical nature throughout the company’s organisational and productive systems, with the aim of achieving the following objectives:

  • Improved company organisation;

  • Maintaining and improving the quality management system.

Thanks to its completely computerised and automated system, Lastra is able to guarantee product traceability from the time of arrival of the raw material through shipment, in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 and UNI EN 1090.
